jQuery.ValidateをAJAXのPOST送信で使う

12行めの書き方が、普通のmethod=”post”の時とは違うので注意されたい。
jQuery.UI のdialogと  jQueryのserializeと AJAXのPOST送信と jQuery.validateの併用方法。
